How we rank and verify

Ranking

The headline score averages benchmark bars only: Reasoning, Writing, Coding, Speed, and Value. Each bar names its benchmark source. Popularity is shown separately and is never mixed into the score. When there is no comparable evidence, we show "No data yet".

Source tiers

• Official: the provider's own site, docs, release notes, app store listings, and government filings.
• Trusted independent: benchmark organisations and data providers with a public method.
• Estimate: reported but unconfirmed numbers, always marked "est." and never used for rankings.

Rules

• Every fact links to its source and shows when we last checked it.
• Two articles repeating one announcement count as one source.
• Rumours and unannounced models never appear.
• No paid placement in rankings. A claimed profile means the provider confirmed it, not that we endorse the product.
